As a long well established company we realize having good employees is crucial for the success of any business.


Apart from obtaining TLS 8001 – one of the highest recognized standard in Thailand. We have since practiced GLP (Good Labour Practice) outlined by the International Labour Organization (ILO) a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN). The ILO promotes social justice and promotes decent working conditions by setting and promoting international labour standards, providing technical assistance and research, and advocating for the rights of workers worldwide with addition to collaborative effort between the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare (DLPW). Special attention is given to unacceptable forms of work such as child labour and forced labour.


It has always been our policy to embracing equality in gender and race. We focus on power of any individual to perform and progress at no limit, using job descriptions that are inclusive and free from gender and racial biases. Having a diverse and inclusive workforce is important for us.

Environmental sustainability is a growing global issue, the importance of environmental sustainability has always been considered and our concern. We continuously strive to increasingly focus on reducing carbon footprint and minimizing waste.

We are not only producing the greatest value products with uncompromised food safety program, we also make sure that our processing facility does not hinder the environment and our surrounding neighbors where we are located. A "Green Productivity" reward from the competence authority is being granted for what we have demonstrated with our volunteer on-going environmental safety program.

Overall, we are more than able to strive in today’s fast-changing food industry being shaped by a wide range of factors, from shifting consumer preferences to new technologies and changing regulatory landscapes.
